I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Discount Tire! From the moment I walked in, Xavier, Mike, and Vish provided exceptional customer service. They replaced my tires, completed a wheel alignment, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle instead of just doing the requested work. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They noticed a strange creaking noise coming from the front left wheel that I had been hearing. After investigating, they discovered that the backing plate was rubbing against the rotor. They quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and corrected it before it could become a bigger problem. It’s refreshing to find technicians who are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers’ safety. The entire team was professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the process. I highly recommend this Mavis location to anyone looking for quality service they can trust. Thank you, Xavier, Mike, and Vish, for going above and beyond!

Brought my car in for a standard service. The manager, Jesse, was really helpful. He made sure the tires were rotated properly, and aligned. There were some other concerns I had with my vehicle which he took a look at for no additional charge. Prices are fair and service is good, can't ask for more from a mechanic shop.

Mike and Nicholas were both very helpful and informative about which wiper blades I needed and installed them promptly and without any problems. Mike was especially helpful in selecting the right blades and made me feel comfortable while I waited. I will definitely be coming back to this Mavis location any time I have car troubles.

I had a great experience with Mike and the team at Mavis Discount Tire, they did an excellent job fixing the brakes and alignment on my car. The service was professional, fast, and accurate, with clear communication and a smooth overall process. It is not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but they delivered on all fronts, highly recommend.
